1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details) and information generated through use of the service (scan results, project data, usage analytics). We do not collect or store the content of your website pages beyond what is necessary to compute GEO scores.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the GeoLens service, process payments, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data or use it to train AI models.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use industry-standard infrastructure hosted in the EU. Backups are retained for 30 days.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, and various AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) for visibility testing. These providers have their own privacy policies. We pass only the minimum necessary data to these services.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@geolens.ai. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.
